Gravel Pump Bowl
Gravel pump bowl basic part number is 131, its function is to direct slurries to the gravel pump outlet.
Compared to slurry pump volute liner and casing, gravel pump bowl has larger internal profile that allows bigger particles and reduces associated velocities further increasing component life.
Gravel pump bowls are normally made in high chromium alloys, special materials are also available.
