Gravel pump impeller basic part number is 137, its function is to impart and direct the centrifugal force to the sand gravel slurries.
Compared to slurry pump impeller, gravel pump impeller has larger internal profile that allows bigger particles.
Gravel pump impellers are normally made in high chromium alloys, special materials are also available.
